Return request reason

On a sales return request line you can select the reason why the item or items need to be returned. You can create as many return request reasons as you need.

Create a return request reason

  1. To define a new return request reason, select Create.
  2. Enter an ID, a name and a description for the return request reason.
  3. Leave the Active switch on to make the record active.
  4. Save.

Edit or delete a return request reason

You can edit any of the fields at any time.

You cannot delete a return request reason that is used on a sales return request.
