Field descriptions: Users
This page describes the fields on the Users page in alphabetical order.
Users list
Field | Description |

API user |
This field indicates if the user has a third-party application access. This field does not display by default. You need to select it from the grid's column settings. |
This field displays the user's email address. You cannot change the user's email address after creation. |

First name | This field displays the user's first name. |
Last name | This field displays the user's last name. |
Photo | This field displays the user's profile picture. |

Active |
Turn this toggle on or off to activate or deactivate the user. |

Turn this toggle on if the user has a third-party application access. |

Turn this toggle on if you want the user to receive a welcome email. |
Authorisation groups block
Field | Description |
---|---|
Administrator |
Turn this toggle on or off to give or remove administrator rights for the user. When Sage provides a new tenant, only one administrator exists. They can then create more administrator users. A tenant requires at least one active administrator user with the Administrator role. Only administrator users can give or modify administrator rights for other users. An administrator user cannot turn off his administrator rights. |
Authorisation group |
Enter or select the authorisation group to which the user belongs. A user can be in several authorisation groups. You can also remove an authorisation group by selecting the x button on the authorisation group's pill. |
ID | This field displays the authorisation group's identification. |
Name | This field displays the authorisation group's name. |
Roles |
This field displays the different roles in the authorisation group defined for the user. Go to the Authorisation group list page to edit these settings. |
Site group |
This field displays the different group sites in the authorisation group to which the user belongs. Go to the Authorisation group list page to edit these settings. |
Roles and activities tab
Field | Description |

Created by | This field displays the name of the person who created the role along with the creation date and time. |
ID | This field displays the role's identification. |
Name |
This field displays the role's name. A user can have several roles. If a role is already set for a user, you can select the link to edit it directly from the Roles page. |
Updated by | This field displays the name of the last person who made changes to the role along with the update date and time. |
Site groups tab

Created by | This field displays the name of the person who created the site group along with the creation date and time. |
ID | This field displays the site group's identification. |
Name |
This field displays the site group's name. A user can belong to several site groups. If a site group is already set for a user, you can select the link to edit it directly from the Site groups page. |
Updated by | This field displays the name of the last person who made changes to the site group along with the update date and time. |
