Field descriptions: Stock detailed inquiry

Field Description
Allocated quantity

The quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location allocated to orders to reserve the stock.
Available quantity

The unallocated quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location.

Available stock is the total of the On hand stock minus the Allocated stock.
Creation date The date the items in the lot were created.
Expiry date

The date after which the items in the lot should not be used.
Item

The stock item name.
Item ID The stock item code.
Location

The specific storage space in the warehouse or workshop for the item.

Location management is only possible if activated for the stock site.
Location ID The code for the specific storage space in the warehouse or workshop for the item.
Location zone

The storage zone. You can define storage zones in the Storage zone page.
Lot

The identification number or batch code the Item is stored in.

Lot management is only possible if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record.
On-hand quantity

The total quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location.

On hand stock is the total of the Available quantity and Allocated quantity.
Quality control

The inspection and quality assurance rating of the Item in the specific Lot or batch.
Site

The stock site name.
Site ID The stock site code.
Sublot

The subdivision of the lot. A sublot is for the same item as the lot but might be in a different location, have a different status and a different quantity to the lot.
Supplier lot

The identification number or batch code provided by the supplier.
Unit of measure The unit of measure for the item.

Serial number stock inquiry page

Displayed when you select Serial number information from the More actions icon for a serial-numbered stock item.

Serial number information is only available if the Item is managed with serial numbers on the Item record.

This page displays many of the same fields as the Stock detailed inquiry page which are listed above. The fields unique to this page are listed below.

Field Description
Owner The stock site code. If the stock belongs to the company of the site it is stored in, it will share the code of that site. If it is owned by another company the code will be related to that company.
Serial number

The Item serial number.

Serial number information is only available if the Item is managed with serial numbers on the Item record.
Serial number creation date

The date the serial number was created.
Supplier The supplier name.
Supplier ID The supplier code.

Stock Allocation inquiry page

Displayed when you select Allocations from the More actions icon.

Field Description
Allocated quantity

Header: The total quantity of the item allocated to orders to reserve the stock.

Grid: The quantity of the item that is allocated or reserved for the individual order number.
Document number

The individual order number that has stock of the item allocated or reserved for it.
