Field | Description |
---|---|
Actual machine cost Actual labour cost Actual tool cost |
The work order actual cost total for the individual resource type. This is the total of the actual setup time cost for the resource type plus the total of the actual run time cost for the resource type. |
Actual material cost |
The sum of the tracked consumed component costs. This figure is from the work order component Actual cost fields. |
Actual process cost |
The sum of the tracked operation costs. This figure is from the work order operation Actual cost fields. This is the total of the Actual machine cost plus the Actual labour cost plus the Actual tool cost. You can view the total work order Actual Process cost in the work order Planned versus actual block. |
Closing variance |
The difference between the actual and planned work order production costs total on the work in progress inquiry date. The variance can be a positive or a negative amount and is displayed to 2 decimal places. For this figure to display, the work order needs to be closed. |
Item |
The work order released item name. The released item is defined as a bill of material. |
Item ID |
The released item code. |
Machine cost variance % Labour cost variance % Tool cost variance % |
The difference between the actual and planned work order resource cost totals for the resource type, as a percentage. The percentage is displayed to 2 decimal places. |
Machine cost variance Labour cost variance Tool cost variance |
The difference between the actual and planned work order resource cost totals for the individual resource type. The variance is the Actual machine/labour/tool cost minus the Planned machine/labour/tool cost. |
Material cost variance |
The difference between the actual and planned work order component costs. The variance is the Actual material cost minus the Planned material cost. |
Material cost variance % |
