| Last synchronisation |
The last time the data Type was last synchronised and updated to the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. Blank if the data Type has never been synchronised with MRP. |
| Last synchronisation status |
The status of the MRP synchronisation run. Success: The database tables needed for an MRP calculation request have been updated with the current data records for the data Type. In progress: MRP is currently being synchronised with the data Type. Error: The synchronisation process failed. Rerun the synchronisation. Blank if the data Type has never been synchronised with MRP. |
| Synchronise all records |
Indicates if all data records for the data Type need to be synchronised with the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. When selected, all existing records in the MRP database tables for the data Type are deleted before resynchronising and updating the MRP database tables with the current data records for the data Type. |
| Synchronise deletions |
Indicates if all records deleted from the data Type after the last synchronisation run need to be deleted from the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. When selected, all records in the MRP database tables for the data Type that no longer exist are deleted before resynchronising and updating the MRP database tables with the current data records for the data Type. |
